Service Description

With the majority of us still working from home and waiting for things to slowly open up, there’s probably a lot of things coming up for us mentally that we probably weren’t aware of. That might be because of the everyday distractions that allows us to escape from our issues simply aren’t within our grasps right now so, we are forced to really look at ourselves. Over the last twelve months, we’ve lost that ability to connect with one another, be accountable to showing up and being part of a community. Join this six week programme making a successful return during the process when we slowly begin to re-open shops and leisure centres again, where we can start to rebuild that ‘community feel’ once more, nurture your body and mind but also self-practise the vital skills required to maintaining a positive mental health longer term. Let’s relieve this type of stress and tap into some strong and nourishing movement, breathing techniques and growth mindset work. Join me for Mindful Mondays at 1PM (#Pausefor20) Wellness Wednesday at 7:30PM (Hatha and Vinyasa flow) Sunrise Saturdays at 8AM (Vinyasa Flow) See you there! * During these tough times, I understand if anyone might be struggling with their cash flow.
