Daily breakdown

DAY 1
A gentle shift inward
We begin by slowing things down.
You’ll be guided through a short audio and simple reflections to help you step out of the habit of fixing or overgiving… and start noticing what you feel and need.
Day 2
Coming back to your body
Through a soft, mindful flow, you’ll begin releasing tension and reconnecting with your body.
This is where you start to feel more grounded, steady, and at ease without needing to overextend yourself.


Day 3
Feeling safe to receive
We close with a calming meditation and gentle reflection.
A space to soften, integrate, and begin opening up to relationships that feel more balanced, mutual, and supportive.
